Sinton Andrews have given us a great service throughout the entire sale process. They have effectively sold my property twice as we had one buyer pull out just before exchange due to the lockdown in March-20. Both before and after the lockdown their service was highly professional, polite, attentive and very hard working. The team did lots of viewing of the flat, found us multiple people who put offers in on the property and did great work in getting us the best value possible. Their advice on what value was achievable and which offers were best was invaluable. Once i had accepted an offer; their service between then and the exchange & completion was very good too. They were helpful and supportive in keeping the process on track and helping out where they could. Overall a 5 star service and i would recommend them to anyone.
