We had been with Sinton Andrews for 4 years while renting in West Ealing and the only reason we aren’t with them any more is because we’ve moved outside of London.Any issues we had during our tenancy were dealt with swiftly - sometimes even on the same day. The property manager Alan, who looked after our flat, was available at all times, proactive, and dedicated. And most of all, we always felt the agency was on our side, never allowing the landlord to take the mickey with rent increases or silly demands or anything.If we ever come back to live in Ealing again, Sinton Andrews will be the first agency we’ll look for.

Buyers don’t normally write reviews for sellers’ agents, but it’s a testament to the professionalism of Adam and Phil at Sinton Andrews that I feel compelled to write this review. We’ve recently exchanged on a property marketed by Sinton Andrews and dealing with the team has been a pleasure throughout. Extremely responsive, pragmatic, considerate to us as buyers, but firm in conveying their clients’ position, knowledgeable about the local area and very good with proactively chasing our sales agent very frequently (to ensure the chain was kept moving). They also take care to ensure all parties to a transaction feel valued, with little touches like a call to congratulate us on exchange and a letter the very next day - it’s a small gesture, but means a lot when you’re selling and buying a new home and go through the stresses of a protracted conveyancing process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend the Sinton Andrews Ealing team for any future property transactions in Ealing. It is probably little surprise that they have some of the nicest stock of period homes in the Ealing area on their books.

It all started one Saturday afternoon in the park, after yet another disappointing property viewing. "Another weekend wasted", I thought, scrolling through Rightmove. We came across a property which looked promising. Without hesitation I called Sinton Andrews to pessimistically ask if there was viewing availability for that afternoon. "Yeah, I can squeeze you in", said Neil. And from there, Neil set the precedence. As anxious first-time buyers we felt lucky to have had Neil guiding us through the process with his personable approach. He is a man of his word and his communication is prompt. The ball is never left in his court; he was never pushy and always fair. We recently sold our flat for the full asking price through Sinton Andrews, choosing them due to a work colleague’s recommendation of Neil Suffern and after meetings/valuations from other local agents. It was not an easy property to sell but viewings were very well organised and we had a good number of offers to choose from. Neil was particularly good with prospective buyers and second viewings. He’s straightforward and good to work with. Not over pushy like some agents, but experienced, reliable, with a measured approach and above all, integrity. The process to completion was frustrating at times and slower than expected but Neil acted on our concerns and worked hard as a go-between with us, our solicitor, the buyers and their solicitor, to ensure the sale completed before Christmas. All agents can sell in a rising market and with easily comparable properties but a good agent is needed when the market is not so good - during our process we had the disastrous Liz Truss mini-budget and the collapse of the mortgage market! Neil’s co-ordination and persistence got the sale over the line during a turbulent time! Thank you.

After a truly truly awful experience with RSK in Hanwell (It’s ok. They actually sent me an email apologising for their poor service whilst also reminding me that if any of the 8 viewers decided to buy, they wanted their commission!), we asked Neil and Jane to market our house.They brought more viewers on the first Saturday than RSK managed over the whole term! However, our sale was not straightforward and the buyer treated us appallingly.Eventually she pulled out but didn’t tell us for 3 weeks and we were left with the prospect of having to return to London. Neil and Jane remarketed the property quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond the call of duty. Very simply, THEY CARED about us as individuals and clients. Without Jane it is unlikely that we would be living our dream. Estate Agents often get a bad press, and after our experience with RSK I’m not surprised, but Jane’s attitude, experience and advice was invaluable. Calm, funny and her communications were spot on, constantly keeping us in the loop. Apart from the fact I was delighted to deal with lovely landlords (which is rare), the flat was pretty good but I have to say one of the main reasons why I stayed within the flat for this long was the service provided by SA. The entire organization seemed to be great, from the team who managed the contract to the property manager (Alan Clark) who directly managed the flat. Along 4 years we had natural hiccups due to normal plumbing, doors, oven issues etc. and even during pick pandemic times they were extremely responsive, professional and solved all problems. I was fortunate enough to buy our lovely Edwardian house via Mo Tarratt at the Ealing Broadway office. From first contact we realised we were dealing with an absolute professional. Any estate agent that will make a special trip to check whether an immersion heater is running in an empty flat and turn it off when the overseas Executor of an Estate suddenly receives an electricity bill obviously believes in customer care (not something that can be said for a lot of estate agents) but that is what Jackie did for us.Jackie had the somewhat 'basket case' of a flat under offer shortly after being instructed. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to Covid related reasons but Jackie had the flat back under offer within a week, no mean feat when the Country was coming out of 'lockdown' and the sale has now completed.
