The first step is to obtain an accurate valuation of your property, and consider the length of time you wish to let your property. We will advise on how to enhance the presentation of your property to ensure it is viewed in the best possible light and achieves the highest rental offer.
Our long established relationships with the relocation agents in the area ensure that Sinton Andrews are their first port of call for their corporate clients, proving the peace of mind that our management department provides, not only for Landlords, but for Tenants too.
Once you have accepted an offer we will secure this with a holding fee from the prospective tenant. We will then apply for their references via our reference agency and obtain bank statements. Upon your approval, we will then draft the tenancy agreement ready for both parties to sign.
With your instructions we can organise the necessary certificates required and confirm your property meets the necessary legal requirements for letting.

Our full time Bookkeeper will monitor rent payments and issue monthly statements by email, or post. We can organise payment of ground rent and insurances, and our fees are deducted monthly to spread your costs over the course of the tenancy.
All our staff are fully trained, and we are members of ARLA – Propertymark the Association of Residential Letting Agents. We are also members of the TPO (The Property Ombudsman) and the TDS (Tenant Deposit Scheme).
